Riwin Jirapolsek wanted his 15-year-old Maltese to feel extra special, so he made her a custom tiara made from titanium and adorned with more than 100 carats of diamonds and over 150 carats of emeralds.

The largest emerald weighed 12 carats, but in later times, the emeralds were removed and replaced with with Persian turquoises of matching sizes and shapes.
